This will include any medicine, allergies, any current skin infections or outbreaks, remember all this information helps us take better care of you.  We will then do an aesthetic exam of the area of interest and come up with a treatment plan specifically tailored to your concerns.  We will make sure you are comfortable with the treatment plan and explain how it works.  We will also go over any risks and costs.  You can ask any questions as we go over the plan, and we will go over the responses in detail.  We will then proceed with the procedure following all the latest guidelines.
